Overview

Working at Atlassian

Atlassians can choose where they work – whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Talent Specialist in the Performance Enablement team you will contribute to a comprehensive performance enablement program aimed at assessing and accelerating performance across Atlassian. You’ll maintain a deep understanding of enterprise talent needs, and drive the strategy, design, and execution of tailored solutions to meet those needs.

This individual contributor will sit within the Performance Enablement pillar of our Talent Team and report into the Director of Performance Enablement. You’ll work closely with Program Managers, Talent Partners, Human Resources Business Partners, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to build and implement impactful solutions across the business.

For this remote position, we’re looking for someone based in the Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) to ensure productive collaboration with our team members in the United States, Australia, Europe, India and the Philippines.

Responsibilities:

  1. Build and nurture collaborative and productive relationships with peers, partners, and stakeholders across the organization.

  2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the enterprise performance enablement needs within the area of focus you are responsible for.

  3. In close partnership with the business, drive the creation, deployment, and continuous improvement of enterprise wide solutions (ex. performance management, competency models, employee enablement) that effectively meet the needs of the business.

  4. Support the development of new features in Atlassian’s internally built performance management tool in close collaboration with the engineering team.

  5. In partnership with the communications and change management team, drive updates and improvements to enablement resources and materials.

  6. Establish success measures, leverage data and feedback to gauge the impact of your efforts, and hold yourself accountable to achieving results.

  7. Stay at the forefront of talent and performance management trends, applying best practices to inform strategy and program design.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, relevant field, or equivalent experience.
