Your future team
Our JIRA Service Management, IT Operations team is comprised of people with backgrounds in Business to Enterprise and Business to Consumer Product Management. We are building solutions to guide the next degree of innovation in IT Operations workflows as part of our IT Service Management offering.
We usher in the next level of innovation and help create the next level of scenarios that enhance the work experience and productivity of the IT and DevOps employee in an organisation.
This role will report into product management leadership driving the charter of incident, change, alert, on-call and other key operational elements in the IT Service Management domain.
Own the overall strategy & execution of the AIOps remit as part of Jira Service Management business
Partner with Atlassian’s central platform teams and with external partners, developers to build for IT Ops scenarios
Making these 3rd party connectors/integrations work well within the broader Atlassian Marketplace
Effectively work with product marketing and other go-to-market teams in communicating product value, enabling support, sales, partners etc, and orchestrating product launches
Empathize with the customer, discover the right problems, build roadmap and ship capabilities that provide measurable customer value
Build with heart and balance by looking at qualitative & quantitative signals, market landscape, aligning to the overall JSM’s vision of bringing Dev & IT teams together
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in a product management role with experience in building & scaling product or platform services for enterprises
Good understanding of enterprise architecture, problem statements and customer needs
Experience in one or more of the following areas will be an added plus
Prior experience in building & scaling an integration platform/ iPaaS solutions/building 3rd party connectors etc would be a plus
Understanding of transformations, pre-post processing of data during the integration process
Background in Software Development, User Experience Design, IT Operations
Experience in IT Service Management, IT Operations, DevOps toolchain would be an added advantage
