We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to become a vital part of our Jira Workspace team. Our mission is straightforward: to transform Jira into a user-friendly experience that any team can easily adopt to manage their work effectively. In this role, you will help advance our goal of unlocking the full potential of every team. Our focus is on enhancing Jira’s in-project experience—the workspace where most of the regular usage occurs.

Gain a comprehensive understanding of the customer journey and use cases within Jira.
Conduct thorough customer research, market analysis, and competitive assessments to uncover potential opportunities.
Collect and evaluate user feedback to guide product decisions and enhance the overall user experience.
Leverage data and analytics to assess product performance, pinpoint areas for improvement or experimentation, and drive product decisions that align with organizational goals.
Define, articulate, and communicate a clear product strategy and roadmap for your domain in collaboration with other Workspace PMs.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure product goals are in sync with business objectives.
Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to high-quality standards.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, program management, marketing, and sales, to develop and launch new features.
Coordinate with other PMs and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of priorities and dependencies.
On your first day we’ll expect you to have:
Demonstrated product management expertise gained from a fast growing software company.
Exceptional prioritisation skills, adept at assessing opportunities in relation to the needs of our customers and our business, while effectively communicating the rationale behind your decisions.
Strong instincts complemented by analytical thinking; comfortable making decisions based on both qualitative and quantitative data, and proactive in gathering that data.
Experience in translating complex technical trade-offs into clear, actionable product goals that resonate with customers.
A solid understanding of product usability, including how it is evaluated and how to guide the team in creating delightful user experiences.
Proven ability in cross-functional stakeholder management, driving your team towards achieving product objectives.
A genuine passion for customer satisfaction; you actively seek out customer interactions to address their challenges, as it fuels your motivation, even when it involves difficult conversations

6+ years of product management experience
Computer science or a related technical degree
Any prior experience in collaborative work management, project management or management consulting
