About the Role

The Business Process Analyst Team Lead sits within the Partner Operations team and works hand in hand with the Partners, Marketplace and IT teams while driving the ownership of end to end channel processes that impact our partners and internal teams. In this role you will directly manage a team of Business Process Analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management. You will drive process improvement and automation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering measurable results. You will have the ability to lead and deliver end-to-end business process improvement and automation projects, while mentoring a team of individuals to do the same. In these projects you (and your team) will define project objectives, scope, and deliverables; ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope, while also Tracking and reporting on project progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders. This role requires a blend of people leadership, project management, and hands-on process analysis expertise. You will need to have a thorough understanding of our partner technical stack and engage with the various partner operations sub-teams that own the operational flows within our tools to jointly identify improvements and automations in our manual processes, all of which aid our partners in engaging with customers to drive deals to closure with a greater success rate. We are looking for someone who has deep understanding of Workato and Salesforce to be successful in this role.

You will report into our Head of Shared Services Operations in this Manila based, remote-friendly role.

  

In this role, you'll get to:

  • Take an active role in recommending innovation and efficiencies through process analysis or Workato suggestions for your assigned projects

  • Take the lead in driving projects to completion that include hosting project discovery calls with stakeholders to identify the business requirements needed, operational support required, develop to-be-workflows that will drive the optimization of processes/systems within the project framework   

  • Thrive in an environment that requires a keen eye to identify continual improvements to process, systems, and tools supporting our various channel routes to market

  • Support day-to-day operations of our partner programs and tools, including service desk support for internal and external stakeholders

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Business Process Analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture to support professional growth

  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of process documentation.

  • Drive continuous improvement workshops with stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities.

  • Act as the primary point of escalation for system and process-related issues.

  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Qualifications

What you bring to the table:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Process Improvements and Business Process Analysis with hands-on experience driving the operational change management required to minimize disruptions in sales

  • Proven experience managing or leading a team of business/process analysts or similar roles.

  • Experience with Salesforce, Workato, and Jira tools is a must

  • Deep expertise in business process analysis, process mapping, and process improvement methodologies.

  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects and The ability to stay laser focused while you focus on the decision making conversations with multiple cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate the best options to deliver the must-have business requirements

  • Able to identify assumptions made by business stakeholders about Gaps within the business, and bridge the gap to execute the business vision.   

  • You have a natural talent for solution design with a keen eye on keeping the process simple with scalable options, while delivering key business objectives.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work/influence across organizational and subject matter boundaries, especially between business and IT teams. You also are sufficiently versed in IT to negotiate scope and assess basic levels of efforts required for implementation.

  • An extreme sense of ownership and responsibility. You get $#!t done.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate in larger cross-functional team environments.

  • Six Sigma, Lean, or Project Management certification is a plus..
