Responsibilities

Join Atlassian’s Platform Marketing team at the forefront of one of the company’s most important missions: helping millions of users adopt the Atlassian System of Work. Our philosophy is simple but powerful — align work to goals, plan and track together, unleash collective knowledge, and realize the full power of AI teammates. This role focuses on bringing that philosophy to life through Atlassian’s core platform apps: Home, Teams, Goals, and Projects — the connective tissue of the Atlassian product experience.

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Platform Apps, you’ll drive go-to-market strategy and adoption for some of Atlassian’s most critical products. Your work will empower customers to:

  • Set and track OKRs in Goals

  • Track the status of work in Projects

  • Understand ownership and accountability in Teams

  • Connect it all through a personalized Home app, with AI-powered recommendations for what to work on next.

You’ll shape messaging and positioning, influence product strategy, and lead adoption campaigns that connect these apps to customer value. You’ll also equip our field teams with the enablement they need to drive platform-wide impact.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Develop differentiated positioning and compelling messaging for Atlassian’s platform apps, rooted in customer needs and strategic insight

  • Lead go-to-market efforts to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of Home, Teams, Goals, and Projects

  • Partner closely with Product Management and Design to shape product strategy and roadmap prioritization

  • Work cross-functionally with Field, Customer Success, and Lifecycle teams to create and scale adoption programs

  • Develop customer-facing content including website copy, solution pages, in-product messaging, enablement decks, and launch assets

  • Act as a strategic voice in defining how these apps support the broader Atlassian System of Work vision

  • Represent the voice of the customer by deeply understanding their journey, use cases, and pain points

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in product marketing or a similar function, ideally in B2B SaaS or platform products

  • Proven experience launching products or features and driving meaningful customer adoption

  • Ability to thrive in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment

  • Strategic thinker who can also dive into execution with strong writing and communication skills

  • Experience working on horizontal product capabilities or platform experiences is a plus

  • Bonus if you’ve worked on goal-setting, team management, or work visualization tools
