Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of medium-large scale projects and programs of work across People Operations functions supporting Employee Services and HR solutions owned by the Centers of Excellence (from recruitment, onboarding, performance, learning and development, internal mobility, global relocations through to exits). Programs and projects include process improvements, process transformations, automations (including AI), operationalisation of new or transformed HR solutions and centralisation of transactional work in service centres.

  • Manage the end to end delivery lifecycle of People Operation programs including scheduling, resourcing, budgeting, tracking, benefits and communication

  • Monitor the performance of the entire People Operations portfolio of programs and projects, identify and contain risks through action

  • Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to project and program managers and improve program management practices

  • Facilitate the change management process and ensure that changes are managed effectively

  • Drive programs to deliver organisational efficiencies by building scalable solutions that leverage automation and AI capabilities

  • Act as a strategic partner by proactively fostering strong relationships throughout the program lifecycle

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant work experience managing complex programs, with at least 4-5 years of extensive experience in managing HR programs in a highly agile, fast changing environment

  • Excellent program management skills with the ability to plan, organise, and prioritise multiple tasks and projects.

  • Ability to independently manage & prioritise multiple projects with different stakeholder groups

  • Experience in implementing process improvements, automations & optimisation

  • Experience in using and engaging with AI technologies

  • Excellent communication skills with the prowess to explain business problems, concepts, and issues to a varied audience.

  • Strong experience in using Atlassian tools, namely, Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence and Loom

  • Agile / PMP Certification is highly desirable.
