Deliver large-scale people and experience programs and partner with Business, People Operations, Engineering, Data Governance and AI teams to deliver business priorities, strategies and transformation plans.
Drive our Customer Zero objectives by advocating for feature enhancements across our Atlassian Products as we fully embed our People processes into the Atlassian System of Work.
Manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of programs, including scheduling, resourcing, budgeting, tracking, benefits and communication with Executive stakeholders
Facilitate the change management process and ensure program adoption and that changes are managed effectively
Act as a strategic partner by proactively fostering strong relationships throughout the program lifecycle with cross functional teams and business facing stakeholders
Support the development of the AI and Data Program delivery practise including internal cadences, developing Agentic AI solutions for program delivery and reporting.
Minimum 10+ years of relevant work experience across technical program management and people and culture transformation programs
Experience leading large-scale transformations across People and Culture, AI and Data tracking and delivering business impact and tangible benefits
Proven track record of driving a robust data governance framework and compliance across all our data policies
Background in AI development, machine learning, process automation, or systems engineering, with the ability to navigate technical details.
Excellent verbal, written, and influencing skills (including experience with facilitating meetings and engaging with an executive audience)
Managed delivery across multiple business and engineering teams with a strong track record of driving complex programs and managing interdependent teams.
Excellent communication skills with the prowess to explain business problems, concepts, and issues to an executive audience.
Strong experience in using Atlassian tools, namely, Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence and Loom
Agile / PMP Certification is highly desirable.
