We're hiring a Senior Enterprise Technical Architect to join our Advisory Services team as an individual contributor expert in Atlassian products, practices, and solutions, delivering guidance to drive outcomes for clients who have purchased Advisory Services from Atlassian. Each member of the team is accomplished at delivering strategic technical guidance at scale, aligning product capabilities with business and technical needs and desired outcomes.
Lead Advisory Services engagements in the Korean market and, Asia-based customers
Partner with customers to help solve their business challenges and achieve their internal goals through Atlassian products, practices, and solutions
Create technical solution content and prescriptive guidance to support customer goals and outcomes in one or more Atlassian solution areas
Cross-Functional Collaboration with your peers in Advisory Services, product and cross functional teams to align on strategic outcomes that deliver exceptional service to our customers
Grow solution expertise, staying up-to-date with evolving best practices that support different types of teams
6-8 years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or related technical roles, with a background in SaaS, cloud, and enterprise platforms
5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, working with large customers in a consulting or technical expert capacity
Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Access, etc.) or similar enterprise platforms is highly desirable including;
Experience in our Data Center Platform, including:
Experience with Atlassian DC ecosystems, including applications like Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Crowd, etc
Knowledge of security, compliance, and frameworks relevant to enterprise environments
Experience in our Cloud Platform, including:
Background in SaaS based-architectures, integration methods, and associated security considerations
Experience with Atlassian Cloud ecosystems, including applications like Guard, Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Focus, Rovo, etc
Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills; ability to influence and guide technical teams and stakeholders.
You're fluent in Korean and English for business communication.
