We have an opportunity for a full-time Senior Sourcer to join the Talent Acquisition team, supporting our Sales organisation! With a creative suite of products and an ever-evolving approach to our mission of building successful teams, there is an exciting story to tell about joining Atlassian today. You will be a part of our APAC Business Talent Acquisition Team, which is comprised of sourcers and recruiters, who own a combination of high volume and niche hiring at Atlassian. This is a remote position, but to help our teams work together effectively, this role requires you to be located in Australia.
What you’ll do
Partner with our recruiters while owning and driving candidate pipelines, nurture authentic relationships with candidates, evolve and lead our volume hiring strategies and projects. We take pride in playing as a team and contributing to the success of the company through hiring. We love to exchange data-driven ideas so we can hire smarter, solve recruiting challenges, and continuously improve the hiring workflow.
Use innovative techniques to identify and engage talent for both our volume and under-represented groups (URGs)
Use a data-driven approach to inform and influence partners and candidate pipeline strategies
Screen resumes and interview candidates to decide suitability for roles and track pipeline activity to share with internal customers
Identify blockers and lead with solutions that benefit your immediate and wider teams
Partner with our recruiters, candidate coordination and other supporting talent teams teams to deliver outcomes at scale
Your background
Experience in Talent Acquisition and deep sourcing experience. A bonus and advantage would be experience recruiting for Sales teams.
A background in the software industry and functional understanding of the competitive landscape today for our industry.
Experience crafting and implementing talent acquisition-related strategies such as process improvement, strategic sourcing, and driving balanced pipelines.
A collaborative approach with peers and stakeholders, with an appetite for influencing win/win outcomes through data, market insights, and creative ideas.
