We are looking for a Registration Specialist who will support and improve the operations of the Deal Registration Approval process with Atlassian Solution Partners. The Solution Partners are mostly consulting companies and/or software resellers delivering sales and/or delivery support of Atlassian software for end-customers.
In this role, you will focus on a selected cohort of partners and provide operational support, responding to and working on deal registration escalations, performing review and approval, and keeping track of outstanding questions or issues.
This requires you to have strong organizational and communication skills, a knack for problem solving and a sense of urgency to ensure our partners' escalations are managed in a timely manner.
You work closely together with sales teams, internally and externally, partner managers and other internal Atlassian stakeholders, including our support and commerce teams. We play as a Team and care deeply about the success of our partners and customers, you will have a key role to support meeting our partners expectations and improving their experience.
Key Responsibilities
Deal Registration Expertise: Become a subject matter expert in the centralized deal registration review and approval process, ensuring all approvals meet program standards and compliance requirements.
Operational Excellence: Manage and resolve escalated deal registration tickets, maintaining high accuracy and meeting strict SLAs
Process Documentation: Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for deal registration and related workflows.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and document process gaps, partner pain points, and feedback to drive operational enhancements.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, partner managers, support, and commerce teams to ensure seamless partner experiences and alignment with business goals.
Enablement & Knowledge Sharing: Share best practices and process updates with internal teams to foster expertise and consistency.
Qualifications
Experience in high-volume, process-driven environments (preferably in SaaS, channel programs, or partner operations).
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and respond with urgency.
High attention to detail and strict adherence to policy and compliance standards.
Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools (preferred).
Open to working a dedicated shift to cover the assigned region (APAC, EMEA or AMER)
