Overview

As Senior Product Manager on the Bitbucket Pipelines team, your mission is to make Bitbucket Pipelines the preferred CI/CD solution integrated with Bitbucket's SCM for Atlassian customers everywhere. Your customers are developers, DevOps teams, admins, and decision makers. You will build AI-first features that empower developers to automate workflows, increase productivity, and find joy in their CI/CD processes.

This is a cross-functional role and you'll collaborate closely with your counterparts in Design and Engineering, as well as with Marketing, Support, Success, and Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for admin and end-user functionality for Bitbucket Pipelines.

  • Engage regularly with enterprise customers to develop a deep understanding of our users.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape related to AI and the CI/CD segment, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation.

  • Work across crafts (Design, Engineering, Marketing, Support, Success, Sales) and groups (Bitbucket Pipelines and Atlassian Platform) to define and deliver the product roadmap.

  • Oversee and guide an R&D squad by setting goals and north star metrics that align with Bitbucket's mission and drive maximum impact on our users and business.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of product management (or transferrable) experience (at least 2 of which involve Enterprise segment experience)

  • You have experience building, delivering, and supporting successful, high-quality products with design and engineering teams

  • You have a working knowledge of technical systems in order to understand engineering-driven prioritization trade-offs and ROI analysis

  • You're customer-driven, with a willingness to get into the weeds

  • You're an excellent communicator, both written and verbal

  • You make things happen. You manage ambiguity and complexity affecting many stakeholders in an organized and structured way
