Facilitate continuous improvement workshops with the stakeholders
Create and update process documentations
Identify and execute opportunities for process automation and optimization to reduce manual work
Recommend process innovation and efficiencies through process analysis
Review user experience, industry trends, standard methodologies (Design Thinking, Six Sigma, Lean), leading-edge technology to challenge the status quo and deliver extraordinary customer-focused solutions.
Lead or participate in process improvement and automation projects
Understand the project goals and process pain points
Gather project requirements and work with IT for development
Participate in user acceptance, smoke testing, and implementation activities
Track metrics across improvements, defects, and raised issues
Act as the point of escalation for system related issues
Investigate system and process issues for triage and resolution
Troubleshoot system issues prior to raising it to IT
Work with business owners and IT to prioritize issue resolution
Your background
You have at least 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Technology, or Customer Support
You are able to recommend new ways Atlassian can better use Salesforce
You possess a sense of ownership, self-motivation, and ambition
You have worked on process improvement projects
You have experience documenting processes
It would be great if you also have..
Familiarity with Atlassian's suite of products, and experience using Service Desk tools.
Understanding of program for Partners
Salesforce and Workato experience
