Administer Okta for identity federation, user lifecycle management, SSO and MFA across SaaS applications.
Manage SaaS service configurations as code (e.g., with Terraform or similar tools), to ensure repeatable, auditable, and scalable deployments.
Oversee configuration, licensing, policy enforcement and maintenance across platforms: Google Workspace, Slack, Proofpoint, Dropbox, and Microsoft Entra ID / Office 365.
Partner closely with Security and Compliance teams to ensure alignment with standards such as FEDRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001 and other regulatory requirements.
Maintain email security posture through platforms like Proofpoint and Google Workspace: anti-phishing, threat detection, attachment/URL policies.
Monitor health and performance of platforms through vendor portals and dashboards; identify bottlenecks or drift from expected state.
Respond to escalations and coordinate with vendors for incident resolution in critical service outages or sync failures.
Implement monitoring, alerting and health-check automation to detect service outages, integration failures, user-provisioning issues or sync errors.
Audit access logs and configurations using SIEM tools (for example Splunk) to identify risk, policy violations or anomalous behaviour.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of architectures, configuration scripts, run-books and deploy all code/scripts under version control.
Provide Tier 3 escalation support for issues; liaise with operations/support teams to resolve root causes not addressed at lower tiers.
Develop self-service tools and user-facing documentation to reduce support load, improve repeatability and drive end-user automation/empowerment.
