The Flywheel Monetization Growth team at Atlassian is the key to accelerating Atlassian's revenue growth by helping customers discover our products, showing how we can help solve their biggest team challenges, and purchase with confidence. Atlassian has 250k+ customers and serves users from a variety of industries, spanning Healthcare to Technology. The Growth team is a horizontal team, working across Atlassian's product suite, to inflect growth trajectories of our business.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Principal Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Jira and Confluence land monetization motions. You’ll lead cross-functional teams to drive measurable outcomes through experimentation and deep customer insight, helping admins and end users discover product value, make confident purchase decisions. What you'll do

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Flywheel Monetization across Jira and Confluence land motions.

  • Lead high-impact growth initiatives that move top-level business metrics.

  • Use data to drive decisions and tradeoffs, balancing rigor with speed.

  • Champion a customer-centric approach across our existing base while unlocking new growth opportunities.

  • Thrive in a matrixed, experimentation-driven environment with rapid iteration, testing, and learning.

  • Mentor and coach product managers, serving as a player-coach and growth thought leader.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Core Product, and Growth to deliver a high impact roadmap.

Qualifications

Your background

  • 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or growth-focused roles.

  • Strong analytical skills; expertise in growth strategy, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Ability to set clear strategy and ambitious goals that align and inspire teams.

  • Balance long-term vision with rapid iteration to drive learning and impact.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and team leadership skills.

  • Clear, concise communicator with confidence presenting to executive audiences.

  • Proficient with AI-powered prototyping tools to quickly test and validate ideas.
