Working at Atlassian
Atlassians can choose where they work – whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity.
Our team at Atlassian focuses on enabling effective collaboration and engagement for teams using Jira within large, complex organizations. We design product experiences that help different enterprise personas collaborate more effectively, align on work, and get ongoing value from Jira as their organizations scale.
Our work centers on driving adoption and meaningful usage of Jira within enterprise customers, solving collaboration and engagement challenges across teams and roles.
